ckzz Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms and Definitions

ckzz (referred to hereafter as "Platform", "we", or "Company") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and ckzz.

Definitions of some key terms used in this document are given below:

• "User" or "Player" — any person who has registered for or is using the ckzz platform.
• "Account" — the user's registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds held in the account.
• "Bonus" — additional credits provided as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a bet must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

ckzz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other valid government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

2.3 False Information

If false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided during registration, ckzz reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

3. Age Restriction and Parental Controls

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ckzz follows an age verification process to prevent minors from participating in gaming. Parents are requested to use appropriate software or device locks to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

If a minor registers despite this restriction, all transactions will be cancelled and the balance will not be refunded.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile wallet methods can be used to deposit funds on ckzz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account tier and verification status.

• Only deposit using a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party wallets or accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals will be approved under the following conditions:

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the wallet used at the time of deposit.
• Multiple withdrawal requests on the same day are allowed but will be processed in sequence.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

If there is suspicion of a fraudulent transaction, money laundering, or other illegal activity, ckzz reserves the right to hold or cancel any deposit or withdrawal. The relevant user will be notified in such cases.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. To withdraw this bonus, bets worth ৳12,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• A bonus can only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings earned using bonus balance are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse or attempted fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The ckzz VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on activity on the platform. ckzz reserves the right to change VIP terms without notice.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

ckzz is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. All games available on the platform are operated by verified software providers.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault on the part of the game provider, the amount wagered in that round will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the last recorded state on the platform's server will be considered final. ckzz is not responsible for issues arising from the user's device or connection.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. ckzz reserves the right to change betting limits as needed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckzz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or deliberately attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in abusive or offensive behaviour toward staff.
• Playing with funds belonging to a third party.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, ckzz will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

ckzz places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

Users can set the following limits for themselves:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• Session time limits.
• Loss limits.
• Cooling-off periods.
• Permanent self-exclusion.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. All withdrawable balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure by ckzz

ckzz may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.
• Extended inactivity.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no transactions for 12 consecutive months, it will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

11. Limitation of Liability

ckzz is not responsible for the following:

• Issues arising from the user's internet connection or device.
• Events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by user negligence or sharing passwords with others.
• Any financial loss related to game outcomes.

In any circumstance, ckzz's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

12. Changes to Terms

ckzz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
